    Who is OEDIV SecuSys?
    OEDIV SecuSys is a consulting and services company specializing in Identity & Access Management, based in Rostock. Founded in 1998 as a provider of its own Identity Governance software, we are now a pure consulting company with no proprietary product. We advise, implement, and operate solutions for employee, customer, machine, and administrator identities for companies across all industries, throughout the German-speaking region and for internationally operating corporations. Since 2020, we have been part of the Oetker Group through OEDIV Oetker Daten- und Informationsverarbeitung KG. Another sister company is CYFIDELITY GmbH, which provides Managed Security Services.
    We respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form, sent to info@secusys.de, or made by phone at +49 381 37573-0 within 24 hours on business days. The initial consultation is free of charge and non-binding: 30 minutes to get to know each other and agree on the next steps, or longer if you would already like to discuss a specific plan.
    We assess your current situation, including your existing systems and the drivers behind the project, such as an audit finding, NIS2 requirements, or an upcoming migration, as well as your objectives. You receive an honest assessment of whether an IGA Fitness Check, an individual assessment, or a direct project start is the appropriate next step and what it will cost. There is no obligation.

    We are vendor-independent and select the platform based on your system landscape, compliance requirements, and operating model. Our partner portfolio covers Identity Governance, Privileged Access and Endpoint Privilege Management, Access Management with smartcards and passwordless authentication, Customer IAM, certificate management, Third-Party Risk Management, and process orchestration. We select our partners based on clearly defined criteria. If a solution outside our portfolio is a better fit for your requirements, we will recommend it and, if needed, suggest a suitable implementation partner. Even in such cases, we will not leave you on your own: we support the project from an organizational perspective and provide process consulting based on our experience. Our recommendation comes after the requirements analysis, not before.

    Both. Assessments, workshops, and project support take place on-site at your premises or remotely, as agreed. Ongoing operations as part of the Application Management Service are provided remotely from Rostock. Our customers are primarily located in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including companies with global locations that we support across multiple sites.
    As part of our Application Management Service, we take care of monitoring, support, updates, troubleshooting, and the further development of your IAM platform, with defined response times and regular service reviews. You retain control over your infrastructure and target systems, and all changes are handled through your change management process.
